About me
My expertise is across design research, service design and UX
My work focus on optimising user journeys and addressing user needs throughout the end-to-end design process. From research and concept development to prototyping and final deliverables, I have delivered a range of solutions, including high/low-fidelity prototypes, UX recommendations and service blueprints.
